• Music submissions for OakA Charts.
• Fan voting for OakA Charts.
• Podcast and video media content.
• Merchandise sales.
• Booking slots for events and showcases (e.g., The Punch In Showcase).

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any services at any time without notice.

3. Payments

• Payments for submissions, bookings, or merchandise are processed securely through third-party providers such as Stripe.
• All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Refunds may only be considered in cases of duplicate transactions or technical errors caused by us.
• By submitting payment, you authorize The OakA LLC and our payment providers to process your transaction.

4. User Submissions

When you submit content (songs, links, voting data, performances, etc.):

• You grant The OakA LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with our media, charts, and promotional materials.
• You may not sell, resell, or redistribute OakA-created media (such as performance footage, interviews, or photos) without prior written consent.
• You are responsible for ensuring you own or have rights to all materials submitted. OakA Media assumes no liability for copyright or ownership disputes.

5. Voting and Chart Placement

• Fan voting is subject to weekly resets and system rules.
• We reserve the right to remove fraudulent votes, duplicate entries, or suspicious activity.
• Chart placements are determined by OakA’s internal systems, submission data, and audience participation. Results and rankings are final.

6. Merchandise

• All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice.
• Shipping times and availability may vary depending on supplier and region.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

7. Event & Booking Rules

• By booking a slot (e.g., The Punch In Showcase), you agree to arrive on time and follow all event guidelines.
• No refunds will be given for missed or late arrivals.
• The OakA LLC reserves the right to remove or deny entry for any disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior.
• Any content recorded during events remains property of The OakA LLC, though you are welcome to share it for promotional use.

8. Intellectual Property

• All OakA Media logos, designs, videos, images, and written content are protected intellectual property.
• You may share OakA-created content publicly (e.g., clips, interviews, or performances) for personal or promotional use, but commercial resale or redistribution is prohibited.
• Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification of The OakA LLC’s content or branding is strictly forbidden.

9. Disclaimer

• The OakA LLC provides media coverage, exposure, and digital features for artists, athletes, and creatives — but participation does not guarantee publicity, chart placement, or commercial success.
• All artists and participants are responsible for their own marketing, image, and professional representation.
• The OakA LLC reserves full creative control over which content is published, promoted, or featured on our platforms.
• While we strive for accuracy and fairness, The OakA LLC is not liable for any errors, omissions, or opinions expressed in our media coverage or chart systems.
• Performers and guests retain rights to their likeness but grant OakA permission to publish and promote recorded materials across all OakA platforms and social channels.

10. Limitation of Liability

• The OakA LLC is not responsible for any damages, losses, or claims arising from your use of our services.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available services.
• In no event shall The OakA LLC’s total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time if you violate these Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Oklahoma.
