Ja Morant posted and deleted four worrisome stories on his Instagram early this morning.
As we know, Morant’s past few months have been filled with drama and controversy after he was seen flashing weapons on social media, not once, but twice. The first incident was at a strip club in Denver, Colorado. He was scrutinized publicly, but with no laws being broken, his play in the NBA resumed shortly.
Only a few months later, the Grizzlies’ superstar was seen brandishing what seemed to be a handgun in a car during his partner’s Instagram livestream. With two similar mistakes in such a short timespan, Ja became the face of every media outlet, being protected by some, but bashed by most.
Once again, with no laws being broken, Morant wasn’t facing legal troubles, but the consequences were still major. Endorsements like Gatorade were pulled, and his Nike signature shoe was taken off all sites and shelves.
When he gave an apology statement, everyone, including Shannon Sharpe, claimed he wrote it with ChatGPT and didn’t do it genuinely. Ja became the face of hundreds of memes and was the talk of the every podcast and show. Rapper, Symba, even made a song dedicated to him.
The posted and deleted posts have fans worried about his well being.
