Hugh Glass Kicks Off Summer School Tour

Hugh Glass recently kicked off the Summer School Tour, which includes 28 stops, 26 cities and 11 different states. We had the chance to catch up with Hugh and ask him about his upcoming two months on the road.
His first stop was McHenry, IL, which is about an hour out from Chicago.
Which dates are you most excited for?
We just did Chicago last night and that’s gotta be my favorite show I’ve done in a minute but I think Denver is gonna be crazy. All the Cali shows are gonna be wild too. Then i’m hoping OKC will show up and show out for me when we come back thru Oklahoma!
What’s your favorite part about touring?
Meeting all these people at the shows, seeing their faces as I’m on stage and getting their energy in between songs. It feels like a 30 minute therapy session by the time i’m done. When I get off stage and get to hug the ladies and dap the fellas up bro it’s the best feeling in the world.
What keeps you inspired to keep pushing even when you’re drained from being on the road?
(I’m) not gonna lie bro, this shit is exhausting… But I have my son, little sister and mom with me so they’ve really been keeping me on my grind (and) helping me stay locked in… My son is lit right now, bro, he’s living his best life, so that helps too seeing him be apart of this.
