HDLN Mitch has been on a long journey to get where he is today and endured tons of mishap along the way, from spending over three years locked up to losing both of his parents.

Despite the downfalls, the East Oklahoma City lyricist has found a way to cope with his pain and use it for growth. "It was a blessing in disguise," responded HDLN Mitch when asked about his mother passing away while he was behind bars. "My mom, like, my whole life, if she wasn't in jail, she was on the streets.. into drugs and stuff," he continued, "I don't feel like I could've took it." That's a conclusion only a person who's done a lot of reflecting could come to.

After some time switching from sport to sport to stay out of trouble, Mitch dropped his first song, "Act New," and immediately knew that rap would be his lane.

Since 2018 he's released four projects, including his 2022 EP, Counted Me Out. Using music as an avenue to express his feelings, HDLN Mitch plans to put his foot to the pedal and have a strong year.
