A Hiphop Takeover at Oklahoma City's Blue Note Lounge

As 2022 goes and 2023 arrives, it’s only right that the state came together one last time and ended the year right. On Thursday, multiple artists blessed the audience with a Hiphop show at Blue Note Lounge.

Acts included SoufWessDes, Nayborhood Barbie, Steph Simon, and 405 Nation.

Founded by veteran rapper, Chris the God MC Cain, 405 Nation is a collective of talented artists who represent Oklahoma City and strive to push forward the culture through community & music.

A Successful Night

The show was full of entertaining performances from some of Oklahoma’s best musicians. Blue Note Lounge events typically lean towards Rock n Roll, Jazz, and Blues, but the rap-filled line up showed up and showed out, leading to a successful night filled with great live music.
